Today's CAD/CAM CNC technology allows for precision fabrication of any aluminum extrusion down to a sixteenth of an inch. We can quickly fabricate any part, coverings, carts, support beams, or enclosures to meet your desired tolerances. Our quality assurance process ensures you'll be more than satisfied with our work. We offer both standard and custom die designs for a very reasonable price, and we pride ourselves on short lead times. Our current standard presses include:
- 1,650 ton - 7-in. billet
- 1,800 ton - 7-in. billet

- 2,200 ton - 9-in. billet

Our custom extrusion capabilities include:
- Circle sizes from 1/8-in. to 10-1/2-in.
- Aluminum extrusions from .070 lbs./ft. to 10 lbs./ft. or more
